Hello! I am Taylor but everyone calls me Tay.
I have been in the food and beverage industry for almost 10 years and can’t get enough of it. I have such a passion for detail, design, and trying new things.
I started out as a busser and hostess before moving my way into serving and bartending. I loved serving but bartending was definitely where I was drawn in. The idea that a few different ingredients shaken with ice can result in an epic drink is just astonishing.
I have my white glove certificate, wine service training, French dining training, and mixology training.
What I truly live for is the experience. I love seeing the big smiles on people walking up to the bar, the little one getting a Shirley Temple and running back to mom excited to show off their “cocktail” , the enthusiastic shouting for shots, and the overall joy that runs through people when at the bar surrounded by their friends.
That is what we love and that is why I love what I do.
