You do!! We help you by personalizing your shopping guide for your guest list and signature drinks. We only open what we need with the intent for you to return and save you some money ! In Alberta unless the venue specifically has the correct license to supply the alcohol, you have too purchase it yourself. No mobile bar company can without that partnered and specialty licensed venue.

How do i get a liquor license?

On AGLC website depending on your bar type! Don’t worry we will help you figure out which license you need. On private properties you do not need a liquor license but there can be no exchange of money for alcohol.

Who runs the toonie bar?

We offer to run the bar and we will supply the tickets. But you can always have someone else run it for you, or hire our ticket seller! That way everyone is enjoying the party and we don’t give out any tickets for free.

What if we dont have a physical bar?

We got you covered! We have 3 physical bars to fit your style and to fit your vibe. We charge a fair price for renting our physical bars they range from $80.00-$150.00 as long as they are available. Our bars are white/black and come with all the storage and LED lights. Ask us for pictures or how to add our bar to your next event!

Who drinks for free?

That is completely up to you. ALWAYS the bride/groom or hosts of the night drink for free. You decide, If you want the bridal party to drink for free, Parents to drink for free., Or if you want to give free tickets to some people. We can help you and make it an easy decision. Plus we have a ton of options.

Why don’t i just hire family or friends?

The biggest question/ comment we hear. We highly advise against this and the reasoning is anyone can get a proserve. But professionals can handle situations and problems, We follow the law which keeps you from getting a fine, and we don’t over serve. Yes, hiring a family friend is cheaper but in the end it will always cost you more money, We supply everything to make a bar run, we supply the bar kits such as a shaker, ice bins, lemons, lime, etc. and we don’t take bribes for free drinks. Many licensed venues also only allow professionals on site. We also never bother the hosts of the night so they can fully enjoy their evening! It seems cheaper up front to hire a friend, but the stress and extra costs will be a headache down the road.

What if i dont want signature drinks?

That’s totally okay! we can do extra fancy all the way to basic and simple, its your day, your event! Our signature cocktails can be unique to you or something we design for you. You don’t have to have a signature drink as an option and its an easy thing for us to take out.

What if i have no idea where to start?
